Logo and accompanying materials for a sound art festival.

APPROACH
The festival attracts members of the wider art community and needed to find a way to community the relatively new idea of sound as art.
Techniques of marbling, distortion and warping were used to create an overall sense of intangibility in the graphic elements, as does the name Immaterial.
As well as the logo and poster, t-shirts and business cards were designed in the same vein.
PROCESS
Paper marbling with nail polish helped create the resulting warped shapes. They were subsequently digitized and treated within the overall brand scheme.
