Infrared Portfolio
This portfolio of Infrared images were taken with an Ansco Panoramic plastic camera with Kodak High speed Infraded HEI 35mm film. I snapped out the film-gate mask and placed a 25 red gel over the lens, then snapped the film-gate mask back in. I had to use black tape to cover all the seams to avoid most light leaks.
The Ansco Pix Panorama is an all-plastic, focus-free 35mm camera made in China. Effectively a box camera, there are no exposure adjustments and no provision for flash. You basically snap the shot and you get what you get — and that's the fun of shooting with Plastic Cameras.
