Index is the annual celebration of the graduates of RMIT’s Interior Design Program. The 2007 even sought to represent the innate individuality of each student through the unique approaches in their exploration and research. The final identity for the exhibition was developed by taking inspiration from the very students I sought to give an identity; utilising play, experimentation, and a desire to be innovative. The final logotype and design treatments are the result of hours of experimentation with transparencies and a projector in an empty room.
