The assignment was to choose 2 letters (preferably our initials) and 2 numbers (prefereably our birth date or year) and create imaginative typographic compositions to communicate the following principles:

1. Contrast
2. Hierarchy
3. Scale
4. Texture
5. Rhythm
6. Balance
7. Value(Greyscale)

We were asked to create one individual layout for each of the above principles. We were free to repeat, enlarge, rotate, crop, overlap our elements as we created these compositions.
