In commemoration of National Heart Month and Valentine's Day, I worked with a team at Avant Healthcare to develop this infographic based upon a 2015 statistical update of the American Heart Association's 2020 Strategic Impact Goals. Our aim for this infographic is to engage people in thinking about the seven factors that contribute to cardiovascular health.
