PEMCO is a local Pacific Northwest company with a legacy of supporting the community and protecting the dreams of long-time and loyal customers. The company is authentic, humorous, community minded, and corporately responsible.
However, the experience on their site did little to support these core attributes, and lacked basic functionality that would allow them to capture leads, support online purchase and account management or nurture the engaged community conversations.
Solution
The PEMCO Difference is about the two-way conversation between PEMCO and the Northwest community. It puts the focus on content and stories, such as testimonials and real time twitter feeds, that serve to inform visitors about PEMCO's ongoing commitment to it's customers and the larger community.
The new look and feel utilizes an earthy Northwest color palette, beautiful community focused imagery, simple curves and tactile elements. The result is a site experience that feels professional and intuitive, while remaining casual and approachable.
