Wang Gang is a full service restaurant serving a variety of Asian cuisine from the traditional Cashew Chicken & Mongolian Beef to new reinvented items such as kabobs, steak, tilapia fish taco style and Japanese braised BBQ pork ribs. One of my goals was to match the design of the restaurant with the atmosphere of its interior and food selections.
