The project come across as a special order by the South-American chef and business owner Francisco Urban, who personally curated the book. The book also brings a list of best wines to pair with different types of sea-food, recipes and sea-food diners etiquette. The book was published by the South-American publisher Pulp Editors and had the Art Direction and Editorial Design created and laid out by Halini Brune.
