In 2014, Cupertino Electric added roof-mounted and carport solar to the San Jose headquarter facility. I created a communications strategy and tactical plan for the six-month project, and collaborated with the construction, facilities, safety, and human resources teams to communicate project progress and potential safety issues to employees.

 

·         Project management – facilitated weekly meetings with stakeholders

·         Drafted and sent weekly updates to employees

·         Created a project website and updated content

·         Provided key insight from employees and anticipated issues

 

Results: Received accolades from company executives on providing timely communications with impactful information.
