a bulk of the work I've done for Better Homes has been creating these agents' property listings. 
It can be challenging considering the different taste levels of each agent, and what they request to include in each listing. It involves a lot of photoshopping to fix up images of the properties and lots of attention to the copy, as well as adhering to the Better Homes brand identity. 

there's no need to air people's laundry or use an unflattering snap of someone who's privacy's totally been invaded - I've photoshopped it all out.

I created various designs for different doorhangers that agents will be using to advertise their properties. I opted for a clean simple design emphasizing the text, and created an illustration.

Better Homes has an allotted slot for web banners on all the major online property portals, each has its specific design parameters and each requires a new flash banner advertising the specific area with properties on offer. I created these illustrations for the JBR banner, in addition to the generic banners with property images.
