The territory for the planned logistics center located in the old city of northern Finland - Oulu. It is the most populous city in Northern Finland and the fifth most populous city in the country. It is one of the northernmost larger cities in the world. Oulu is considered one of Europe's "living labs", where residents experiment with new technology at a community wide scale.

The planned site is located in a suburb of the city of Oulu, at the intersection of roads Visiolinja and Huhtakalliontie. The total area is 37,934 m2. The main entrance into the building is located on the part car parking space calculated on 215 cars. Loading is carried out in clearly selected locations along the building.

 

 

In its structure, the logistics center is divided into 2 parts: the warehouses and public spaces, separated an internal atrium (park). He is the axis, the center of which are oriented all zones and along which organized all pedestrian traffic. In this way, achieved the effect theatricality (change of decorations), the merger of one place to another. The restaurant hall with the disclosure of the courtyard will create an atmosphere for visitors to the northern fairy tales. Office space to organize a single room with a hierarchical structure in the form of boxes, one above the other, creating a three-level, which is saturated with individual workstations and meeting rooms. In the second level there is room for santa's and meeting rooms.
