Piz Buin Sunband
New Product Design and Launch
The Sunband is a unique packaging innovation that allows an individual to carry their SPF 20 sunscreen with them at all times in a waterproof bracelet. The bands come in four colors (more are planned) and can be tagged for individual sale, or sold in a secondary package of four assorted colors.
The band itself is a simple LDPE form with a watertight cap and an embossed Piz Buin logo as its only branding. When sold individually, the UPC tag fits around the collar, beneath the cap. The secondary package is a paper folding carton with a four-color photograph, silver foil stamping and associated marketing copy.
