The brochure's purpose is to provide potential tenants of what the community offers.

   - Floorplans
   - Price Ranges
   - Apartment Features
   - Community Amenities
   - Insight to local schools, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

I laid out the entire brochure using the colors in the logo in order to be consistent with the community's identity. The layout was done in InDesign and the photos were placed in as linked Photoshop files. I wrote the copy on the panel that included information about schools, shopping, and entertainment.
