We were retained to launch a revamped version of an existing rigid knee brace. The client’s goal was to create a revitalized interest and demand for a product that was once a top seller, but had fallen in sales volume due to lack of attention and marketing support. Our first step was to conduct our 5D branding process to understand what the sales force thought of the product and to redefine its brand position and proposition with in the orthopedics knee brace market.
