Case: Browne Roasting is a small-batch coffee roaster that prides itself on offering the finest quality coffee to its customers. They specialize in sourcing beans from sustainable and fair trade sources and roast them to perfection to bring out the unique flavors of each origin.
Solution: With my developed design I wanted to reflect roastery's commitment to sustainability and high-quality coffee. Per the client's request, the design should incorporate natural elements, such as mountains, trees, or flowers, and have a modern, minimalist feel.
As per the client's request to add natural elements to the design, I've decided to incorporate a mountain pick in our logo. Mountain pick symbolizes the roastery's excellence in coffee-making culture and high quality in provided services.
Furthermore, as a design element, I’ve decided to add the flower shape, which perfectly balances with the overall high-end, well-structured feel of the design and gives youthful, dynamic energy to the overall brand identity. On the other hand, depending on the use of the shape, it may also look like a coffee spill, if the flower is placed on the corners of the frames. I leave that to the eyes of the viewer ;)
