For this project I was designing a logo for a book store that caters to women ages 18+  focusing on a relaxing classy atmosphere. Timeless Books is a place women can come and get away from the chaos of daily life and get lost in a book. They also host monthly bookclubs and they have a small bakery where those who visit can grab snacks and/or drinks to enjoy while unwinding in the company of other adults.

I chose the colors of this logo because they feel elegant and calm. The size of the text creates hierarchy and draws your eyes to the name of the company before you notice their logo. I chose to add butterfly wings to a book representing the ability to "fly away" while you use your imagination during reading.
