The point of this project was to come up with a fictional super star and create different forms of advertisement for them such as posters, merch, billboards, social media posts etc. For the font I wanted to create something metalcore, punk looking

For my custom font I picked Scandal Black as my base font and made some changes to the letters shape and used the Grungy Ink paint brush to trace them and paired with the Cherry Blossoms font for the supporting text.

My rockstar: I ended up creating a rock n roll wizard named Shred Sage, a musician that dresses in rubes, sometimes in pointy hats and makes magical miraculous solos in his guitar. He mostly sing songs about fictional adventures, epic tales and the everyday life of a wizard. His songs are usually a mix of hard rock, heavy metal and folk rock. He's popular because fans say they're able to feel the magic through his music and it makes them feel as if they actually experienced the tales Shred Sage sings about.
