an interim project serving as a teaser for a cook book.
Inspirations from a self imposed 72 hour state of blindness that had the goal of training the other senses. Chef Janice sat me down one friday night in the midst of great anguish, sharing with me her passion, I could not help but be drawn to her passion (she struck me as a duracell bunny for pastry). The result was an explosion of ideas that led to this interim project.
