Al-Mansour residential house

Iraqi Simplicity with a Touch of Nature
A residential house design in Baghdad's Al-Mansour town blends simplicity with a touch of nature, creating a harmonious and inviting atmosphere. Situated amidst the bustling city, this architectural masterpiece stands tall with three apartment floors, each promising comfort and serenity to its occupants.
Drawing inspiration from our previous successful work in the same street, we've seamlessly integrated natural elements into the design, offering a refreshing departure from conventional structures. The exterior façade showcases a marriage of modern aesthetics and organic textures, embodying the essence of contemporary Iraqi architecture.
Gipsen cladding, with its earthy tones and rugged texture, adorns the exterior walls, providing both durability and visual appeal. Wooden porcelain accents further enhance the natural ambiance, adding warmth and sophistication to the overall design.
Vertical louvers, strategically placed throughout the building, serve as both decorative elements and functional features, allowing for natural ventilation and light while maintaining privacy for the residents.

Glass panels, delicately incorporated into the design, not only contribute to the aesthetic allure but also serve as conduits for natural light, illuminating the interior spaces and fostering a sense of openness and connection with the outdoors.
The landscape surrounding the building is thoughtfully curated, with lush greenery and native plants enhancing the ambiance and promoting a sense of tranquility amidst the urban setting.
Overall, your architectural masterpiece redefines the skyline of Baghdad housing, offering a contemporary yet inviting retreat where residents can find solace in the midst of the bustling cityscape.
