HILLSIDE HOUSE / CASA EN LA LADERA
The Hillside house is born from the imposing topography of the site and the overlapping of programmatic blocks that allow a better use of space.
For this project, we have placed the private areas on the first floor with a view of the landscape, while the social areas are completely oriented towards the lower part of the plot, creating an open and spacious space for the various activities.

La Casa en la ladera nace a partir de la imponente topografía del terreno y la superposición de bloques programáticos que brindan un mejor aprovechamiento del espacio.
Para este proyecto, ubicamos las áreas privadas en el segundo nivel con vista al paisaje, volcando completamente las áreas sociales hacia la parte más baja del lote para generar un espacio abierto y extenso para sus diversas actividades.
