Poster Event Assignment: Our assignment was to come up with an event and then create a poster composition with social media to go along with the event. We followed design study and over the course of a few weeks, researched things for our event, created compositions and sketched them out, and also finalized everything digitally in order to get people to be enticed about our event. I ended up drawing my social media and creating things on Procreate and then editing and finalizing everything on either Adobe Indesign or Adobe Photoshop. I wanted to convey a futuristic as well as a fantasy aspect to my designs and to my social media. In the mockup phase I wanted to show my social media in more realistic and outdoor settings. Just to see what it would look like to market this event and what these designs would look like in the real world.
