Flavours, colours and shapes of the food like vegetables and fruits are always developing. But also the combinations of materials is changing.
They experiment with vegetables and fruits. They get different colours, shapes and textures, what I see is an comparison with materials of the future. Imagine leather with a new texture that does not look like leather anymore. Or materials that are so unusual, but so developed that it is usable for designing shoes.
In 2025 you will find the most experimental materials used in shoes as well as in food.
