In 2023, I led the design efforts for the Smart Checklist extension for Jira, propelling it to become the top product in its market segment. Our success led to our elevation as a Platinum Marketplace Partner, prompting us to explore avenues for further expansion.
We pursued two main strategies: porting the extension to other platforms like monday.com and developing more interconnected plugins for Jira. As part of this initiative, I crafted early prototypes for these new plugins and established a style guide for our parent brand, Titan Apps.
