Lument, Multifamily Sentiment Survey (Fall 2023)
Conceptualized, edited, and managed the production of this multifamily sentiment survey report for Lument, in order to learn how clients were coping with the elevated interest rate and insurance rate environment heading into 2024.
This led to a significant increase in traffic to the firm's insights pages, as well as the creation of additional content assets, including interviews, client talking points, infographics, and social posts.
