Design Series - Replace The Hate
In this project, I generated messages of hope and tolerance based on the Replace The Hate movement. I created a self portrait of me thinking to draw the concept of mindfulness. I drew myself with glasses because I wanted to look smart, like I was thinking. The light hand drawn font floats overhead reflecting a diary of thoughts. I chose to draw the font under the bust to command the viewer with the hard outlined letters. I chose a diverse color set to represent diverse ethnicities.
