This is a fictional school project for Sensodyne for Kids. The project is about creating a cartoon character (mascot) and bilingual (EN & FR) packaging design for toothpaste box, tube, mouthwash and store coupon for the mouthwash.
My original character was drawn on iPad with Procreate for a sketch and vectorized in Abode illustrator. The reason for putting a hat on the tooth character is, just as a hat protects our skin and hair from the hot sun, I wanted to metaphorically express that using these products can protect our children's dental health. I also wanted to create an obvious and simple character without many details, so that it can be changeable depending on the flavour of the toothpaste. I think the fruit-shaped hat is a very cute and fun design for children ;)
