This is a 2 floors villa design ordered by our client, Mrs. Masfufah. Located in Batu City, East Java, Indonesia. That's perfect location to build a private villa with a mountain atmospere. This project was a big challenge because the building mass was so large.

The floor plan arrangement for this building is mostly done by the client with a little input from us so that the client knows exactly what the design expectations.

On the first floor there is 1 main bedroom which is equipped with an suite bathroom. At the front there is a main gathering room which can accommodate more than 1 family. behind it is a fairly spacious dining room equipped with a pantry and an adjoining dirty kitchen. The carpot in this building can accommodate up to 4 medium-sized cars. The back of this building is dedicated to the service area or house for the maid/cleaning service.

On the 2nd floor there are 4 bedrooms, all of which have private bathrooms. At the front and back there is balconies which apart from providing ventilation, also functions as a place to enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains. At the back there is a warehouse which can be used as a karaoke room or additional bedroom. At the front there is also a fairly large outdoor area, which can be used as a barbeque area or other outdoor activities.

This building design carries a modern tropical concept. It can be seen from the exterior which uses a lot of glass and the prism-shaped roof. On the front and sides we give accents from laser cut plate ornaments with geometric motifs as points of view on each side. The colors used tend to be relaxed with the use of ceam, brown and the addition of dark areas which are suitable for private residences. The garden that surrounds this building from the front, side to back adds a cool and beautiful impression to this villa building.
