The idea originated with our shared love for comic books and in particular the era of the legendary EC horror comics and the Wertham political crackdown on the industry.  We wanted to capture this colorful and comedic intersection of rigid, conservative authorities with a vibrant counter-cultural movement among the youth of the country.
