Since the 1960s, the political/academic elite and governments in Chile have discussed and implemented two Constitutional Courts. A key question in the context of this new Constituent Process is what a new Constitutional Court should look like, whether it is really necessary, or whether the power of "constitutional review" could return to the judiciary among other alternatives. In this microsite, we hope to contribute relevant historical information that can serve for this debate we are already experiencing.
