I worked on the UX and visual design of the Go Cover app for iOS and Android from end to end, including the sign in journey, registration, selecting cover and the payment flow.

This app was ground breaking in South Africa and the world. A complete rethink of death and disability insurance that allowed for anyone to turn on temporary cover for a period of their choosing. The risk model was acceptable to Sanlam and was constantly being adjusted as we got market feedback and data. It required lots of intense UX thinking, which I did with Sanlam's head of UX Jack Kruger. It was an incredibly exciting and stimulating project to work on and the resulting product was something we could all be proud of.
