STORE CONCEPT DESIGN FOR ARTTD'INOX

A graduation project in association with FITCH, Mumbai for Arttd'inox a brand from the house of Jindal Steel Ltd. manufacturing stainless steel lifestyle products and modular kitchens. They approached FITCH to design a new store concept for their small format stores.

In India, stainless steel products are used everyday and are mainly considered durable. The new model would have to create an ambience that complements the products and highlights the beauty of the material, while showcasing the objects as pieces of design, more than just objects of utility.

The showcase is centred around a sculptural display, which by it’s form and artistry is a celebration of the material and highlights superior craftsmanship. The striking bespoke retail elements give the space a distinct identity and make for a memorable shopper experience while displaying mastery of the material.
Gifting being integral to the new store strategy, the concept is derived from the unravelling of a gift box.
Trying to rethink the overall form of the space to make the space more dynamic and give the space a distinct look.
