"The Calls"
Taking inspiration from the appearance of the sky at the 5 different times of prayer in a day and utilising photography and printmaking. This piece consisted of an arrangement of various images taken at the time of the Islamic call to prayer on different days but from the same location.
exploring the intimate connection found between spirituality and natural environments.

From diffused light to a morning sky the piece was designed to provide a meditative experience for its viewers as it was accompanied by a audio of the birds and wind sounds recorded in my village in Greece during Fajr prayer.
