The Debt Panel is a weekly column to help readers tackle their debts more effectively
Often times, the situations described by the readers who write asking for advice to the panelists, share common denominators like being constantly harassed by debt collectors, banks and credit card companies, etc. It's not always easy to find different ways to illustrate their predicaments.

_____
Financial advice is always welcomed, but is specially good when it's preventive rather than a remedy,
as when you are looking for desperate solutions. Methinks :)

_____
How to "corral" all his credit card and loan debts — with all their different interest fees, deadlines and payment minimums into a single, more manageable lump sum that he can repay more easily is the question this reader asks to the panelists.

_____
Cats as creditors ... I'm sure they'd love every second of it.

_____
Text-heavy pages always seem to need a more playful illustration treatment.

_____
Renminbi (or Chinese Yuan) has got to be the currency of the future ...
so why not use a little "propaganda" style posters for the illustration?.

_____
A literal depiction of the story is sometimes the best recourse to get the idea through.

_____
The story talks about a person asking advice to the panelists on how to get out of huge debt, he describes being completely desperate and stressed out, sometimes even contemplating taking his own life by jumping in front of speeding cars on a highway to put an end to all his troubles.

_____
Here, I tried to focus more on the positive: as in the reasons the debtor felt he had for borrowing lots of money, rather than in his plea for help in finding a solution to offer to his creditors, constantly harassing him.

_____
She is only asking her creditors for a little more time to repay her debts ... and to sort things out on her life.
