OVERVIEW
OH37 was tasked with adapting a global event concept for the AACC 2019 event in Jaipur, India, for Roche Diagnostics Asia Pacific. The challenge was to reduce the scale of the global concept from 320 sqm to less than 70 sqm, while still transferring the experience and highlighting the local priorities. OH37 also needed to coordinate a product launch and interactive engagements, and provide online support for the virtual booth experience.
OH37 successfully met all of the challenges by working closely with the client and local suppliers. They were able to minimize the ecological footprint of the event by using locally sourced and produced materials. They also created strict technical planning and production guidance to ensure the quality of the final product.
The OH37 booth was a huge success, drawing in large crowds during the launch and being regarded by visitors as the most highly engaging booth experience at the event. Interactive engagements that OH37 coordinated included a virtual booth experience that allowed visitors to explore the client’s products in a new and exciting way from different parts of the region.
