The EuroLeague Basketball Next Generation Tournament is an international U18 basketball tournament that is contested between the best basketball clubs in Europe in the Under-18 age category. Every year, the main tournament is held during the EuroLeague Final Four weekend. Traditionally, Belgrade and BC Crvena Zvezda are hosts of one of the regional qualifier tournaments and 2022 was not different.
