I created branded materials and developed an interactive activity to help participants understand a concept called "IMDUR."
For the IMDUR activity we broke out into four groups and each had a top secret envelope. The groups received varying levels of "IMDUR", Inform, Motivate, Direct, Upskill, and Reinforce, but with the same objective of competing in the "Jump Off".
The "Jump Off" was "sponsored" by IMDUR, I created a quick advertisement video as a unexpected way to introduce the concept before we discussed each groups' experience with the activity.
