The esteemed documentary series showcasing the traditional dances of North East tribal communities, I had the privilege of capturing the vibrant essence of their culture, beliefs, and lifestyle. Working closely with the SCSTRTI,Bhubaneswar and the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, I meticulously framed each shot to authentically portray the richness of these ancient traditions.
As a photographer, I aimed to immortalize the intricate movements and colorful costumes of the dancers, while also serving as the assistant director, helping to shape the overall narrative and vision of the series. Through my lens and collaborative efforts, we crafted a critically acclaimed national documentary that celebrates and preserves the cultural heritage of these remarkable communities.
