The Pablo Center's Donor Wall Project

Building Recognition: The Pablo Center's Donor Wall Project

My project with The Pablo Center at the Confluence (Pablo) involved creating a comprehensive donor wall to honor contributors. I established a hierarchy of names based on donation amounts, correlating them with a type system. By organizing the project with multiple layers and artboards, I efficiently accommodated the layout across glass panels and enabled seamless navigation for patrons.

The primary challenge was to design a donor wall that effectively recognized contributors while maintaining a visually appealing layout. Additionally, I needed to ensure easy accessibility for patrons to locate their names within the expansive display.

I meticulously structured the project file with multiple layers and artboards to address these challenges, aligning each name with its corresponding donation level and type system. This foresight enabled me to create a user-friendly PDF guide for front-of-house staff, empowering them to assist patrons in locating their names on the expansive donor wall.

The donor wall project was a resounding success, effectively honoring contributors and enhancing the patron experience at The Pablo Center. The organized hierarchy and user-friendly PDF guide facilitated seamless navigation, garnering positive feedback from both donors and visitors alike. This project exemplified the importance of strategic planning and foresight in creating impactful design solutions.
