Recom Paris continue their creative collaboration with Publicis Conseil and Renault: the hyper-stylised futuristic campaign for the new Captur, with innovative photographer Calvin Pausania .

AI gave the team the freedom to experiment with layouts and palettes before committing to reality with a set of panels in colours carefully chosen to make the deep, rich blue really pop from from the luminous transparent layers of the set.

Recom Paris’s creative director Pepe vanquished technical challenges on set as always to set up for an intricate post-production process. The images were augmented by CG elements in both set and car, to allow for perfect positioning.

Dynamic collaboration with Recom’s artists in Germany saw this extensive set of images completed with speed and precision. The photographer preferred to work on retouching the talent himself to perfect skin tones and his signature strong lines, and the retouched figures were then integrated perfectly in Paris.

It’s a series that glories in colours both pure and blended: the gold gradients are gorgeous with the deep blue, and the warm red unites the lighting. Lush precise details, stylish talent and striking angles are united by a strong grade for a campaign that packs a punch.
