Part 4: Design Protoype

BLINKIT REDESIGN
Part 4: In the fourth part of the project, I redesigned the Blinkit app.

In the design prototype of the Blinkit brand app, I've implemented two key changes to enhance user experience and subtly reinforce the brand identity.
By introducing a bottom navigation bar, we've addressed the heuristic principle of "visibility of system status," providing users with clear cues about their current location within the app and ensuring they understand their progress.
Additionally, the navigation bar supports the heuristic of "recognition over recall," making it easier for users to navigate through different sections without having to remember complex menu structures. Furthermore, integrating subtle branding elements into the home page reinforces the Blinkit brand identity while adhering to the heuristic principle of "aesthetic and minimalist design."
This ensures that the branding does not overshadow the core functionality of the app but instead enhances the overall user experience.
In concluding the redesign of Blinkit, we've embarked on a journey to enhance the app's usability and effectiveness in streamlining household chore management.
By introducing a bottom navigation bar, we've provided users with clear navigation cues, facilitating seamless movement between app sections and improving overall usability. Additionally, the subtle branding elements integrated into the home page serve to reinforce the Blinkit brand identity while maintaining a clean and minimalist design aesthetic.
By consciously applying these heuristic principles throughout the redesign process, we've not only improved usability but also fostered a more intuitive and enjoyable user experience within Blinkit.
