PLYable Design was a day long project for an architect based in Newcastle, producing a set of plywood business cards with laser etched details on 2mm marine ply. The contrast of the smooth face and the burnt edges gave both a professional finish and a hint to it production method. This gave the cards more of a narrative than other kinds, becoming more of a desirable object than just professional information.
