JLS Yacht Training Institute (JLSYTI) is an RYA Recognized Training Centre (RTC). The RYA was initially established in 1875 to standardize Yachting and Sail training and ensure that competitions were run fairly with a single set of rules.  It soon became obvious that the RYA would become the World leader in Yacht Training and Powerboat Training.
