Sara Bella* Upcycled is an environmentally-focused craft business that makes purses, totes, messenger bags, and more from fused plastic bags, banners and billboards that would otherwise end up in a landfill. SaraBella.com was in dire need of a redesign to their website to elevate the perception of its product from “craft” to “art.” Additionally, a much more robust e-commerce solution was needed to increase online sales. Borrowing design elements from the Sara Bella Upcycled logo, the texture of fused plastic and the photography of Benjamin Edwards, we created a custom designed and developed WordPress website and launched in time for the 2012 holiday shopping season.
