It was a beautiful morning sun was peeping from the curtain and our Akira was sleeping peacefully on the bed , suddenly she heard someone shouting her name and woke up with a jerk as she checked the time . It was 8:30 am she was scared becoz she knew she was late and her mother will scold her alot 

 

Akira's POV:

 

I heard someone shouting my name. I knew I was doomed as I checked the clock on the side table it was 8:30 . 

 

I rushed out of my bed and went to washroom to do my business

I got ready as fast as I could 

 

Dress she wore:

 



 

She went downstairs after getting ready and saw her mother standing there fuming in anger as she reached the last stair she heard her mom say

 

Arti(now will use mom for her) :

Ohho so finally madam woke up from her beauty sleep. Do you know what time it is ?? Don't you have to make breakfast for everyone ha ?? 

Becoz of you today I have to make breakfast. Now what are you staring at my face go in the kitchen make lunch for everyone and clean the house after that I don't want to see a particle of dust. If i saw you will clean the whole house again. 

 

I don't know what my husband saw in you that he adopted you . You are of no use , just a burden to our family, it would have been better if you never came infront of my husband*she went from there mummbering this without looking at akrira who had tears in her eyes*

 

Akira: I Don't know why you hate me this much mom I never did anything to make you angry or hate me so why * she wiped her tears and went to do her work after thinking this* 

 

In kitchen.

 

She was making everyone's favourite food ( for her dad his favourite paneer ki sabzi , for her brother their favourite baigan ki sabzi , for her sister her favourite malai kofta and for her mother her favourite dal) 

*No matter how much her mother hates her she still loved her like her own mother and respected her without taking her words to heart though sometimes it used to get overboard, her brother and father use to defend her which made her mother hate her more that her family took side of this adopted girl who is no one to them and stood against her who is their mother and his wife*

After making food for everyone she went to clean the house after cleaning the house she went to her room. packed a few necessary things for the day and went to her mother to inform her about going out to meet her friends 

 

Mom: why are you telling me where you are going I don't give a shit about it . Infact do one thing na just go and die . It will be really good for me and my family* after hearing this Akira didn't said a word and went out of the house* and hailed a auto to go to her friends 

 

At the cafe.

 

Shree's POV:

 

Me and akshi were waiting for vaibhavi and Akira as we reached earlier then time we ordered food for four of us as we knew each others choice as I reached back to my table after ordering I saw Akira entering the cafe 

I went to her and hugged her but when I saw her eyes they were red as if she cried or wanted to cry 

 

I looked at akshi and asked her while indicating towards Akira if she noticed the same thing which I did 

 

As I left Akira and took her to our table 

Akshi asked her what happened and without saying anything Akira started to cry before we could ask any thing from her we heard a shout 

 

Vaibhavi's POV:

 

As I reached the cafe I knew I was about to be scolded by my three musketeers becoz I reached late than the time fixed but when I looked in their directions I saw Akira crying I shouted and asked Akira what happened. Akira said nothing and continued crying 

Vaibhavi: what happened aki , why are you crying??? Did something happened?Please tell us aki . 

Aku you ask her na what has happened that she's crying so badly

 

Akshi (aku) : if you let any body else speak then we will talk na 

 

What happened cherry why are you crying? Did something happened aur someone said something.

 

*Both of them were panicking and getting tensed*

Shree: did aunty said something aki?? She said nothing but continued crying. She understood she was right.

Then she sighed

And bent to Akira's level , wiped her tears and said 

: why are you taking her words seriously you know na even if you cry or say something she will still say these things to you

 

Hearing all this vaibhavi and akshi also hugged her and consoled her 

After a few minutes Akira stopped crying and replied to shree 

: I know my tears won't have an effect on her but her words pierce my heart like knife what is my fault that she hates me . It was not my fault that my real parent left me . Sometimes I think she is right I am a curse whom her parents left without thinking about a thing *and started crying again*

 

Akshi, vaibhavi and shree together shouted : don't you dare say that you are a curse.

Akshi caressed Akira's face and said 

' you are very naive and kind you are not a curse.infact you are the most wonderful things happened to us . Your father loves you alot , your brother and sister loves you then why are you taking her words to heart '

Vaibhavi : now stop crying my cry baby and smile . Tears don't suit you now comeon tell me what are your guys plan for the weekend .

Akira wiped her tears and said ' you suggest what you wanna do on weekend as your birthday is also coming these two weeks are yours . We will do whatever you say 

Vaibhavi: so shall we have a sleepover and my house

Shree shouted : nooooo please 🥺 last time we went to your house we weren't able to sleep whole night cause you didn't let us sleep  because of you we watched a horror movie and you are the one who got most scared .plan something else

 

Then akshi suggested: why don't we have a small pj party at my house It will be fun and we all will enjoy

 

Everyone else (except Akira) nodded they looked at her she said : I will tell after asking my dad 

Like this they spend their time till evening 

They didn't realise the time 

When shree checked the time she was shocked to see it 

Shree : guys I think we should leave now . It's already 6: 30 

 

Akira thought in her mind * shit I am doomed *

 

Ske picked her bag and left from there obviously after saying byee to her friends

 

When she reached home she saw......................

 

Let's leave it as a cliff hanger and see what happens next in another chapter
