Well, the publication is done online via social media. So we need those stuffs like avatar and cover.

This is the poster which is published online and also placed on wall magazine in campus.

The top-left is proposal cover, while the rest are backgrounds for the proposal content.
We need proposal as one of the requirements to get permission to hold the event. We also need the proposal to search for sponsor and raise fund.
