Problem Statement: This organization encounters challenges when sending numerous emails to project partners and managers, as well as tracking their responses following the receipt of Precision Plus (database) results from the Conflict of Interest team.

Scope of Work: To provide the user with a platform where they can get the responses from multiple managers and partners on the conflict (if any) for the solution provided by the team. Application should be integrated with RCH (Risk Consultation Hub).

Proposed Solution: This application allows engagement teams to send multiple emails efficiently without compromising confidentiality. It is estimated by the Risk Consulting that this application will save 33K hours.

Across LoS level application to manage conflict checks for all new engagements as per guidelines from Central Compliance Team.

Example of COI: If a partner or manager is offering Advisory consulting for any client or business then they can not do Audit for the same business/client.

Purpose of the Solution:

A tool will be built in Azure cloud services with Javascript as front-end and Flask (Python) for back-end and Postgres, Unirisq for database management.

This platform contains multiple sections where the requestor and responder can access their data and keep a track of all the request.
