LUKHYANIVKA Mall
are located in the downtown of the capital of Ukraine - Kyiv.
On a plot of 4.14 ha. Its area will be about 47 thousand square meters.
This project proposed a 130,000m2 mixed-use shopping
The complex will include a hypermarket, shops and shopping galleries, a recreation area, restaurants and a service area. In addition, there will be a two-level underground parking and a 7-storey residential building.

The site was originally a tram depot, and the scheme included the retention and conversion of a historic diesel generator building into a restaurant, and retention of another existing building, locally known as the Tram Depot's office building. The diesel generator building will be the focal point for the whole development and is significant because it is very unusual for existing buildings to be retained on new developments in Ukraine.
