Hussein Rakine's Position on Gaza Conflict
Dear Brothers,
I bring to your attention a recent development involving Hussein Rakine, a public figure featured on Forbes (Forbes Profile). It has come to light that he has entered into a joint venture with boxer Flloyd Mayweather to manufacture the TMT Disposable Vape. As a devout Muslim, I have long regarded Hussein as a role model, appreciating his humble beginnings, academic and business achievements (selling his company for $16 million, as reported by CSP Daily News), and his family-oriented values.
However, upon learning about his partnership with Flloyd Mayweather, an ardent supporter of Israel, I find myself deeply troubled. Mayweather's aid to Israel, a nation involved in actions that are deeply concerning, raises ethical questions about Hussein's association. The situation in Palestine, where innocent lives are being lost, is distressing. Hussein's collaboration with Mayweather is perceived by some as a betrayal to our Muslim brothers and sisters in Palestine.
It is disheartening to think that profits from this venture could indirectly support causes contrary to our Islamic principles, potentially contributing to unjust actions. I urge our Muslim community to reconsider support for Hussein Rakine, suggesting a boycott of his businesses listed below:
Let us communicate our concerns with friends, mosques, and communities, ensuring everyone is aware of the situation. As a concerned member of the Muslim community, I will personally contact various Muslim institutions to bring this matter to their attention.
May Allah guide us in upholding justice and compassion in our actions and associations.
Sincerely,
Abdul
