A refreshed brand identity for one of the top leading developer in Penang
PDC Properties Sdn. Bhd. (PDCP) is one of Penang’s rising developers, focusing on enriching communities through innovation, convenience, and sustainability. As part of their brand refresh, we devised a complete brand identity that consists of a revised brand messaging and a refreshed visual identity. We also created their brand identity guide, corporate profile, property and corporate photography, social media content, as well as their official website.

The refreshed corporate identity was a success, with the new brand and visual strategies resonating well with both internal and external stakeholders. This new identity also sets PDCP apart from competitors and allows them to attract more potential customers who identify with the company’s values.
