RECYCLING PET manages waste for recycling, mainly PET, other plastics and glass. The vision of the project is to raise awareness among the population about the importance of recycling so that they incorporate new healthy habits and customs.
The project is part of the “Connect, Recycle and Collaborate” program, the initiative created by Fundación La Ciudad Posible and Coca-Cola. The program seeks to improve the recycling rates of PET plastic bottles, working collaboratively with the community, recyclers, municipalities, managers and valorizers to guarantee that this process, which begins with the decision of each person, results in new raw materials.
